*Napomena / Note: Specijalizanti i studenti moraju predočiti Kongresnoj agenciji Vivid Original d.o.o. dokument koji potvrđuje njihov status. / Residents and students must present to the Congress Agency Vivid Ltd.. a document confirming their status.

OTKAZIVANJE SUDJELOVANJA / CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Sudionici koji do 24. rujna 2024. pismenim putem Kongresnoj agenciji Vivid Original d.o.o. otkažu sudjelovanje, mogu nakon održavanja Kongresa ostvariti povrat uplaćene kotizacije umanjene za iznos PDV-a i 10% administrativnih troškova. Sudionici koji nakon 24. rujna 2024. žele otkazati sudjelovanje, neće moći ostvariti povrat uplaćenog iznosa. / All cancellations of Congress registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Congress agency Vivid Original Ltd. Cancellations received no later than 24 September 2024 will be refunded in full except VAT and administrative fee of 10% after the Congress. Cancellations received after 24 September 2024 will not be refunded.

Nakon ispunjavanja registracijskog obrasca, primit ćete automatsku e-mail potvrdu o prijavi. Potvrda registracije nije potvrda o uplati. Za dodatne informacije o registraciji obratite nam se na email goran.grbic@vivid-original.com. Nakon izvršene uplate, račun će biti poslan na adresu platitelja.

PLAĆANJE
Procedura za bankovno plaćanje: nakon primitka vašeg ispunjenog registracijskog obrasca, poslat ćemo vam ponudu po kojoj ćete izvršiti uplatu.

Umirovljeni doktori i studenti preddiplomskih studija pod uplatitelj upisuju ˝0˝.
Obavezno popuniti sva polja označena zvjezdicom.

Procedure for bank payment: after receiving your completed registration form, we will send you an offer to make the payment.
